Polite professional and helpful staff. Dr Gordon is wonderful and his demeanor is calming. Hopefully I won't need emergency surgery again, but if I ever do, I would want to have Dr Gordon as my surgeon.

Greeted nicely by front desk staff. I was taken back before my appointment time. I was seen by nurse, intern and then doctor Gordon. Then surgical coordinator. All gathered information professionally and with a smile. Excellent appointment. Then only suggestion I would have is for new patients there are too many forms and they are repetitive. Suggest they either email or mail forms ahead of time. Also try not to make them repetitive .
